Abstract: Robotic retroperitoneal lymph node dissections may be performed in a tailored and pathology-selective fashion. This case series presents the safe use of targeted, robotic lymphadenectomy for retroperitoneal disease in colonic adenocarcinoma, carcinoid tumour and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma using the Da Vinci Xi platform.
