Abstract: A 47-year-old male presented with chronic diarrhoea, colonoscopy revealed a pedunculated, broad-based, 3cm, mid-rectal polyp. An R-TAMIS was booked. This video vignette demonstrates a standardised R-TAMIS in lithotomy using the da Vinci Xi platform. It details setup, access, instrument choice and demonstrates a standardised approach to R-TAMIS for the resection of rectal polyps.
