dc.description.abstract | Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) is an uncommon neurological condition known to occur in the setting of T-cell immune suppression. We report a case of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection-related T-cell lymphopenia manifesting as PML. HCV treatment and transient viral suppression resulted in immunological recovery with clinical stabilisation. | en_US |
