Although AAT was perceived to be necessary for removal of inappropriate or unnecessary allergy labels, there was limited access to any form of testing. In this study, we discuss current antibiotic allergy knowledge gaps and the development of AAT practices within antimicrobial stewardship programs, which will potentially improve antimicrobial prescribing. | URI: | https://ahro.austin.org.au/austinjspui/handle/1/18690 | DOI: | 10.1093/ofid/ofw153 | Journal: | Open forum infectious diseases | PubMed URL: | 27800527 | ISSN: | 2328-8957 | Type: | Journal Article | Subjects: | adverse drug reaction antibiotic allergy hypersensitivity penicillin allergy skin prick testing stewardship |
