Abstract: Two unusual complications of immunosuppression, Castleman's disease and Kaposi's sarcoma, occurring in a renal transplant recipient, are reported. Kaposi's sarcoma is a potentially curable condition in immunosuppressed patients if recognized and treated appropriately. In this patient, the pulmonary Kaposi's sarcoma was not diagnosed and this lead to the patient's death.
